HOUSE RULES
CHECK-OUT TIME 10:00 AM
(unless prior arrangements have been made; $20/hr for late check-out)
THESE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED CABINS.
PLEASE RESPECT THEM AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN HOME.
RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS PRIVACY AND PROPERTIES.
MANY ARE YEAR AROUND RESIDENTS AND ENJOY THEIR PEACE AND QUIET.
ANY LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS OR VIOLATIONS OF THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $250 TO THE RENTER’S CREDIT CARD OR CABIN ACCOUNT.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN CABINS!!!

Leave the cabin as you found it. If you move Furniture put it back; if you make a mess or spill something clean it up.
Please wash, dry and put away all dishes prior to check out. If your cabin has a dishwasher start it before you depart, even if its not full.
If at Check-out there are dirty dishes, the cabin is in disarray, extremely dirty or we have to move furniture back to its original place you may be charged an additional cleaning charge; $100 minimum.
It helps us out if you start laundry, either sheets or towels. If you strip beds, strip sheets only, and leave blankets and bedspreads with bed.
Put all trash in cans outside. Should the cans become full, notify the office and we will pick it up so animals won’t get in it.
Do Not bring large amounts of firewood in the cabin. Bring in only what you use in the fireplace. Return extra firewood to wood pile prior to check-out. Do Not start a fire the morning of departure.
All outside lights will be turned off by 10:00p.m.
Quiet Hours from 10:00p.m. to 6:00a.m. We have neighbors and sound travels fast and far in the forest.
NO outside fires; Unless Renter has expressed permission from Greer Cabin Keepers
No trespassing onto neighboring properties
Renters SHALL trailer ALL “ATV’s” and “DIRT” BIKES from cabin to area of riding. Absolutely NO riding of ATV’s or DIRTBIKES around the cabin, on the cabin property, on neighboring property or on private roads around cabins.
Pets where allowed, shall not be left unattended in cabin or allowed on furniture. Do not allow pets to bark excessively or disturb neighbors, do no allow pets to run freely without supervision.
No camping in RV’s, tents or campers; Unless Renter has expressed permission.
Violations of the Above Rules May be Subject to immediate Eviction; NO REFUND!
If you have a problem, notify us immediately. We will do our best to fix the problem so you will not be inconvenienced. Do not expect a refund at check-out for issues we were unaware of and could have been fixed.
