Breathtaking lodge in the village of Greer!

A one of a kind gem with history galore, many of the fixtures and doors came form the Wrigley Mansion remodel in the 1970’s. The old pedistal sink and boiler room door create an ambiance that is unmatched. The 26′ cathedral ceilings with timber framing is magical. All large timbers came off a bridge between Jerome and Clarksdale in the 1970’s. This lodge sits on a 1 acre lot with 5.38 acres surrounding it and views of the Greer Valley. New 2-4 horse barn with a 2 acre fenced pasture. Ponds and water feature on the property. Molly Butler’s cabin is set smack in the middle of the living room and some of the windows from her cabin are used within the Sentry Spruce Lodge.

Sleeps 11, 4 bedroom, 3 bath. The master has a King with a jacuzzi bath, Bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has 3 twins and bedroom 4 has 2 Bean bags that unfold to 2 Foam Cube Queen beds. Office with desk and Wireless Internet. 32″ flatscreen with satelite TV. Bose stero system with Ipod dock. Two wood burning fireplaces. Huge antique dining table from Ireland for 10. BBQ grill, horseshoe pits, Fooseball table. Washer & Dryer.

$450 per night for the first 5 people. $25 per add’ll persons after 5

$25 per horse/per night/ $25 per pet per night- Garage Kennel Only, No Inside Pets. Kennels Provided.
